PAC Ltd was formed by David and Pauline Whitlaw and became an incorporated limited company registered in London, UK in April 2008.David Whitlaw as managing director fronts the Operations department of Private Aircraft Charter Ltd, which is primarily concerned with charter and trip set-up, consolidation and coordination, maintenance and enhancement of customer service standards, and quality control matters.
David has been in the commercial aviation industry since 1978, initially working in aircraft and passenger handling at London Gatwick airport. In 1987 he was appointed as Ground Operations Manager for a start-up British registered transatlantic operator based at Glasgow Prestwick, in Scotland.
Through the first half of the 1990’s David was engaged in a number of overseas contracts in countries such as the USA, Saudi Arabia, the Qatari Royal Flight, Indonesia and Nigeria. 1998 saw David back in the UK as Manager of a FBO (Fixed-base Operator) in the south of England, operating a Hawker 125 executive jet and providing premium customer services for visiting corporate, executive and private aircraft. By this time his activities were solely in the business/private aircraft market. In 2002 a corporate takeover forced a move on. With the support and encouragement of business client relationships developed over the years,
David set-up his own executive aircraft and business jets charter business. The creation of Private Aircraft Charter Ltd is the natural development of the business, but the core values of exemplary customer service standards and attention to detail remain its bedrock.
Pauline Whitlaw is a co-director and company secretary of Private Aircraft Charter Ltd, and takes care of the administration. Pauline’s background has always been secretarial and office administration. She eventually left her position as a PA within a 1st level commercial law firm in 2006 to assist David.

The aircraft offered for charter are all privately owned and are managed and operated by completely separate organisations that are duly licensed under the appropriate CAA or FAA public transport legislation. As such Private Aircraft Charter Ltd is able to vet and source executive and corporate aircraft across the UK, Europe, and USA to obtain the most appropriate aircraft for our client’s specific requirement, and at the most competitive price.
